PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF CENCOURSE BLDG & ITS CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU EVER CONSIDER RESIDING THERE: The bedbug situation in July, 2013 was just horrific. I removed my then, 80 year old mother from the premises as she was bitten by bedbugs so bad. And, the unfortunate part, she was NOT notified of the situation until it was too late. Also, the way in which management, specifically, Corinne, in the office was so disrespectful, uncaring and intimidating to the elderly that reside there. Many fearful of reporting any complaints due to the fact of Corinne was not approachable and rude to the elderly. After removing my mother from the despicable living conditions, Corinne contacted my mother trying to intimidate her, telling her, she would be taken to Court, due to the fact, the my mother didn't give notice. Give notice, Corinne....really!!!! She was bitten all over, the girl came in to spray while my mother stayed with me. Upon returning back to her apartment and within a week, she had more bedbugs. Tell me, Corinne, would you live there????? I highly doubt it!!! The current apt building where my mother resides (beautiful, well kept, & CLEAN with wonderful people as management that TRULY CARE & RESECT the tenants and NO BEDBUGS), the Manager tried to contact Corinne many many times for a reference check, wherein, Corinne did not/would not return her call. Shame on you, Corinne for treating our elderly as such.....remember, you'll be elderly one day, and I only hope you "don't" have to deal with anyone that is: disrespectful, intimidating and uncaring as you! Karen, daughter PS To this day, my mother has not received a notice of any kind with regards to appearing in Court. And, if she does, we (my three brothers and I will accompany her) with pics of bedbugs in her apt, photo's of bites, as well as, her Dr.'s report.
